Meet Chris

Chris Constantine, Associate Broker

I am a relentless real estate professional and mother passionate about empowering my clients through a rapidly changing real estate environment to achieve their ultimate goal of homeownership locally and across the globe.

Chris values trust, education, and transparency. She demonstrates these qualities in her unique and compassionate approach to her clients’ needs when it comes to buying, selling, investing or real estate relocation.

Raised in the Greater Baltimore area, Chris began her sales career at eighteen as a nail technician. She took the skills she learned there as well as honing her listening and interpersonal experience and carried them through to her collegiate years at Coastal Carolina University in South Carolina. 

Chris is a proud mother to her son Asher, wife to a top-producing Commercial Truck Salesperson-Nick,  and our newest edition; a sweet mini Goldendoodle puppy Hope. She is grateful for her blended family and role as stepmother to Joe and Nick and "Cici" to her grandchildren. She enjoys spending quarterly travel time to the Caribbean, visiting friends across the country and line dancing. She even competed in the World Line Dancing Competition in Nashville, TN in 2000!

Chris has been inspired and trained by real estate leaders such as Brian Buffini, Tom Ferry and completed the Breakthrough By Design program to help elevate her sales skills and customer service efficiency. She also gives back to our local Women's Council of REALTORS®  Greater Capital Area Network serving as President in 2022. 

Chris' participation with local philanthropic organizations reminds her that charity is the foundation of our responsibility as real estate agents to help better our communities. She will ensure her proactive approach to problem-solving will result in a professional and gratifying experience when working with Chris.
