About Dan Gilbert

Dan Gilbert is a Maryland-based commercial real estate agent with Vsells & Associates of Compass, helping investors and business owners find properties that build lasting value. He works with clients across the region to identify strong opportunities in multifamily housing, warehouse and industrial assets, and retail shopping centers.

Known for his persistence and negotiation skills, Dan takes a hands-on approach to every deal. He believes in putting in the work—researching the market, understanding his clients’ goals, and finding the property that fits both their vision and financial strategy.

Whether you’re expanding your portfolio or looking for your first commercial investment, Dan’s focus is simple: deliver strategic locations, strong negotiations, and steady growth for every client he works with.
